A range of therapies, treatments and activities are available at Waterwynch Retreat in Wales, all applied by fully qualified professionals therapists.


A range of cosmetic treatments, including Botox®, Dermal fillers, Chemical Peels and Teeth Whitening are available, applied by a Harley Street trained Aesthetic Practitioner.

Join our morning meditation class or take part in spiritual development workshops.  We will have visiting therapists and teachers offering all sorts from tai chi or pilates to acupuncture and psychic development!  A full range of therapies, treatments and activities to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. Day visitors are welcome and we offer day packages which can be tailored to suit you and include full use of the leisure facilities.

 How Botox works . . .
Facial expressions occur as a result of muscle activity in the face. Habitual movement in areas will cause the skin overlying the muscle to crease. Botox is used to block impulses from the nerve to the tiny facial muscles that are related to expression lines. This relaxes the muscles and weakens the contractions, leaving the overlying skin smooth and unwrinkled.
