Next door we have three treatment rooms where we offer a range of beauty treatments and holistic therapies, including Botox® and Dermal Fillers, Indian Head Massage, Body Wraps. Relax in the Sauna or Therapy Shack before, after or in between sessions. Personal fitness training plans can be provided.

You can walk and enjoy the wildlife or we have mountain bikes which you can use to explore.   Why not cycle to Marros beach one of Pembrokeshire’s best kept secrets?  A bit of a hike but well worth it!  Alternatively you can sit and read or meditate in one of our little tucked away areas and just relax and spend some time getting to get to know yourself
